Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth through effective demand generation strategies. This role will be pivotal in shaping our marketing initiatives, optimizing the buyer's journey, and increasing lead acquisition while improving conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with Anvilogic’s business goals and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, webinars, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation:
- Identify target markets and create segmentation strategies to effectively reach potential customers.
- Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and increase conversion rates.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- US Salary Transparency: The base salary range for this full time position is $180,000-$220,000 + equity + benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
