Cohesity is seeking an outstanding Enablement Specialist to join our world-class team. As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in driving revenue by equipping our customer and prospect-facing sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their role as well as foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Additionally, this role will partner with the broader enablement team to support enablement efforts. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Own the sales onboarding strategy and align it with our broader sales enablement vision.
- Implement and improve the high-touch onboarding program to ensure new sales hires have a strong foundation for success, including the following elements:
- Spark Learning Path
- Executive welcome series
- Spark instructor-led training
- Checklist program
- Warm welcome
- Provide programmatic elements for Spark, including reporting and communication and measurement of impact.
- Enhance planning processes to expedite time to productivity for all Cohesity sales staff.
- Leverage best-in-class principles for both in-person and virtual training to maximize retention and engagement
- Continually assess and refine sales onboarding programs based on data and evolving business needs.
- Drive innovation and adaptability to surpass client expectations.
- Catalog gaps in content assets and influence their creation.
- Use a range of training methodologies and techniques to enhance training effectiveness.
- Work with first-line managers to assess sales reps and determine ongoing development needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on our sales motion and resource requirements to help us accelerate time to productivity.
- Identify measurable impact metrics and establish effective sales enablement strategies such as:
- New hire ramp and time to first deal
- Sales team attainment
- Pipeline create & coverage targets
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 7 + Years of experience
- Extensive understanding of the Partner ecosystem.
- Extensive comprehension of the sales process and proven strategies for developing and implementing successful sales initiatives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proven success as a mentor/coach to young sales professionals.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to analyze and act on business intelligence.
- Enterprise sales experience is a plus.
- Critical thinking and change management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Equivalent experience accepted, Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
