What we’re looking for

At Platzi, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to implement and execute our performance strategy focused on conversion and return on investment. This role is essential for the management and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns, where precision in budget and audience management is crucial to our success.

What you’ll be doing

Implement the performance strategy, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns to maximize conversion and return on investment.
Constantly monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet objectives.
Execute and evaluate experiments in ad design and campaign structuring.
Analyze performance data to generate strategic conclusions and recommendations for future campaigns.
Accurately manage advertising budgets according to the plan to ensure efficient investment.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and actions.
Propose adjustments or structural changes in campaigns based on data and information obtained directly from them to continuously improve performance.

Who you are

+2 years of proven experience in performance marketing or in similar roles.
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as Google Analytics.
Preferably, experience with other performance platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
Excellent attention to detail, crucial for budget management and brand representation.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments, both independently and as part of a team.
Conversational English level B1
