We’re looking for a Project Manager focused on client engagement to partner directly with enterprise customers and ensure the successful design, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven operational solutions. You’ll be the bridge between clients, engineering, and product — helping translate operational challenges into scalable AI products that transform how businesses work.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary project interface for enterprise clients across operations.

  • Understand client workflows, systems, and bottlenecks to identify automation opportunities working with both internal and external user teams.

  • Translate business pain points into clear product specs and priorities for engineering and AI teams.

  • Drive implementation and integration of AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.

  • Partner with engineers, customers, and user teams to measure success, collect feedback, and guide iterative improvements.

  • Inform the product roadmap with real-world client insights and emerging trends in enterprise ops.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Plan, execute and track project deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery

  • Build and maintain high-level project plan for client-requested features, ensuring alignment between client needs and engineering capacity

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 years of experience in SAP-focused consulting.

  • Strong client-facing experience — comfortable engaging with senior business and technical leaders.

  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to define and own high-level roadmaps and detailed project plans for client-requested features.

  • Deep understanding of SAP operations workflows (e.g., procurement, finance ops, shared services, supply chain, or HR ops).

  • Proven ability to distill complex client requirements into actionable product plans.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and program management skills.

  • Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system integrations; familiarity with AI/ML concepts a plus.

  • Startup DNA — resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying workflow automation or process intelligence platforms.

  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

  • Exposure to data-driven decision-making or predictive analytics tools.

Compensation Range: $100K - $159K
