About the Role

This is where you come in. Below, you’ll find what this role is all about—the impact you’ll drive, the challenges you’ll tackle, and what it takes to thrive at Addi. If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Orchestrate the sustainable development of the People function by translating Addi’s business strategy into surgical workforce plans and actionable insights, ensuring the company scales at the right pace through the rigorous execution of People processes, precise project tracking, and the design of competitive compensation structures that maintain an optimal cost balance.

What you will do

  • Strategic Workforce Integration: Deliver a dynamic, scenario-based headcount plan that aligns 100% of new hires with Addi’s growth milestones, ensuring the organization scales with financial discipline and operational agility.

  • Project Execution & Tracking: Establish a robust project management framework to track all People-related initiatives, ensuring that 95% of key projects (from automations, migrations to process audits) are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Compensation & Cost Optimization: Lead the execution of compensation benchmarking and structure projects, ensuring Addi remains competitive in the fintech market while maintaining a people-cost-to-revenue ratio aligned with the annual budget.

  • Data-Driven Decision Engine: Launch an Executive People Dashboard that provides real-time visibility into headcount ROI, turnover trends, and hiring velocity, turning raw data into a strategic narrative for the C-suite.

  • Operational Process Excellence: Standardize the end-to-end headcount approval and requisition workflow, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring every hire is pre-validated against both budget and long-term capacity models.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven expertise in Strategic Workforce & Financial Planning

    • Ability to translate high-level business growth scenarios into granular headcount forecasts that align with monthly burn rate targets.

    • Skill in identifying the financial trade-offs between hiring, outsourcing, and automation to optimize the company’s cost structure.

    • Capacity to maintain a "rolling" workforce plan that adapts instantly to changes in the fintech regulatory or funding landscape.

  • Demonstrates ability to drive Complex Project Tracking & Execution

    • Experienced in using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or Gantt) to ensure People initiatives move from ideation to completion without scope creep.

    • Strong focus on accountability, providing regular status updates and "red-flag" alerts to stakeholders when project milestones are at risk.

    • Skill in managing cross-functional dependencies, ensuring Finance, Legal, and Tech teams are synchronized during HR process rollouts.

  • Possesses strong Analytical Storytelling & Executive Influence

    • Expertise in transforming raw people data into compelling visual narratives that empower the C-suite to make evidence-based talent decisions.

    • Ability to challenge senior leadership's hiring requests with data-backed logic, acting as a strategic consultant rather than a reactive administrator.

    • Comfortable presenting complex financial-human capital correlations to diverse audiences, from HR Generalists to the CFO.

  • Has solid expertise in Compensation Modeling & Reward Strategy

    • Track record of designing and implementing salary scales and incentive structures that balance market competitiveness with internal equity.

    • Ability to manage annual or semi-annual compensation cycles, ensuring all adjustments are data-driven and stay within the approved budget.

    • Proficiency in utilizing market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or Pave) to ensure Addi remains an employer of choice in the tech sector.

  • Track record of Radical Attention to Detail & Data Integrity

    • A "zero-error" mindset regarding the maintenance of the organizational chart, headcount budgets, and employee master data.

    • Proven ability to audit and reconcile data across multiple platforms (HRIS, ATS, and Finance models) to ensure a single, reliable source of truth.

    • High level of discipline in documenting processes and change-logs, ensuring all workforce planning decisions are auditable and transparent.

  • Experienced in Systems Optimization & Technical Modeling

    • Advanced mastery of Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to build automated, multi-variable models that forecast long-term people costs.

    • Functional knowledge of integrating HRIS (e.g., Workday, Hibob) and ATS (Greenhouse) data into Business Intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and improve digital workflows, reducing manual data entry and increasing the speed of the headcount approval process.
