About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive
Transform Addi’s small business allies into consistent, recurring partners by ensuring they don’t stall after their first sale. You will activate merchants from their second to fifth transaction through high-volume outreach and scalable campaign execution, directly driving early lifecycle growth.
What you will do
Drive Merchant Activation at Scale: Execute high-volume daily outreach via calls and WhatsApp to ensure small businesses progress through their early transaction journey.
Boost Repeat Originations: Achieve 14 successful monthly originations in the SB segment by proactively engaging merchants and unlocking repeat behavior.
Run High-Impact Campaigns: Launch and manage mass automated campaigns through Marketing Cloud, ensuring no ally becomes inactive after their first transaction.
Build Funnel Visibility: Structure and maintain performance reports for the ally lifecycle funnel, measuring campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
Improve the Early Lifecycle Process: Leverage actionable merchant feedback to continuously optimize messaging, workflows, and retention tactics during the critical early-stage cycle.
What we’re looking for

High-Volume Execution & Operational Resilience
Proven experience executing repetitive, high-output operational tasks (calls, campaigns, outreach) with consistency.
Comfortable maintaining fast pace and high daily activity while balancing multiple communication channels.

Lifecycle & Funnel Management Experience
Hands-on experience working with CRM systems to track merchant/customer journeys.
Ability to move accounts through defined stages of activation and growth.

Campaign & Retention Mindset
Experience managing digital outreach or automated campaigns, ideally with tools like Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of retention, loyalty, or churn-prevention strategies, especially for SMB portfolios (desired).

Analytical Agility
Ability to interpret performance data quickly and adjust campaigns or outreach strategies in real time.
Skilled at turning merchant feedback into process improvements.

A structured case-based session designed to assess your analytical and strategic thinking. You will be asked to solve real-world challenges related to growth, retention, and merchant lifecycle activation under pressure.
Step 4: Final Interview (30 min)
