What’s the mission you’ll drive
Manage a high-impact, business-driving, strategic FP&A function that accelerates and improves our execution. Institute efficient and effective business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Partner closely with business units to instill a metrics-based approach to management. Bring analytical rigor throughout the organization, setting frameworks for investment and thresholds for returns.
What you will do
Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial model for Addi's banking/CF operations, integrating it seamlessly with the company's existing financial model to enable consolidated planning and forecasting
Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of a modern FP&A platform and tool to enhance planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities across the organization
Customize and optimize our new ERP system to maximize reporting flexibility, automation, and analytical insights
Build and deepen strategic business partnership relationships with leaders across all functional areas, establishing FP&A as a trusted advisor and enabler for decision-making
Leverage deep analytical understanding and cross-functional connectivity to set and define OKRs and KPIs across the business. Partner closely with Data team to build out real-time and automated KPI tracking
Proactively identify gaps and strengths in the business and create a process for analyzing and driving strategic investments, bets, and decisions
Central leader on unit economics, pushing for top- and bottom-line discipline across functions
Establish herself as a key thought partner and enabler for the founders and the leadership team for decision-making
Partner with CEO and VP Finance & Capital Markets to drive board discussions and investor relations
What we’re looking for
Excellent financial acumen and FP&A toolkit
6+ years of experience in high-performing finance roles, with a strong core in FP&A (planning, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting).
Experience across high-growth environments; exposure to both large companies and startups is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior finance/strategy partner: translating strategic objectives into planning processes, measurable metrics, and decision support.
Deep knowledge of underwriting and lending dynamics
Strong understanding of lending economics and balance-sheet dynamics (e.g., underwriting, risk, funding, capital impacts). Background could come from fintech, capital markets, banking, consulting, or other relevant financial roles.
Deep command of unit economics, ROE/returns, loss forecasting, and the “mechanics” that connect credit performance to P&L, balance sheet, and cash.
Technical financial modeling expertise for financial institutions, including ability to model and operationalize Colombian regulatory requirements such as encaje bancario, bandas IRL, CEFEN, solvencia, and other capital/liquidity constraints relevant to a CF.
Proven capability to build, maintain, and continuously update complex regulatory-aware models that incorporate capital adequacy, funding constraints, and compliance requirements.
Ability to translate regulatory frameworks into practical, usable planning tools that accelerate decision-making (not academic models).
Impeccable analytical and quantitative mindset
Track record of high performance in analytically demanding environments (funds, fintechs, banks, or similarly rigorous contexts).
Able to translate high-level strategy into quantitative, driver-based analysis that is outcomes-oriented and decision-ready.
High attention to detail paired with good judgment about what must be exact vs. what can be directionally correct early.
Comfort forming conclusions, defending them, and iterating quickly when challenged.
Strong communication and people leadership
Communicates complex financial/risk topics clearly and succinctly to diverse audiences (leadership team, cross-functional peers, Board).
Can manage and develop analysts (or lead project teams) in fast-paced environments; raises the bar on modeling standards and analytical craft.
Comfortable in a startup setting
Thrives in ambiguity and “organized chaos” without sacrificing rigor.
Takes on responsibility proactively, balancing speed with structured decision-making.
Proven ability to pivot as needed while maintaining execution on near-term deliverables and building toward long-term foundations.
