The Capital Markets team is responsible for the global funding strategy of Addi. Our role is to design, execute and operate structured finance facilities and transactions - as well as manage our global investor relations with single and multi-family offices, local and global asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, commercial and retail banks, economic and social development agencies.Addi Colombia has a dynamic debt capital markets structure involving several leading debt international and local partners. As a Capital Markets Manager, you'll act as the main character in leading and evolving this structure.You will report directly to our VP Funding within the broader finance team. You will be a critical part of scaling our funding platform, and in turn scaling our business and fulfilling our long-term strategic objectives. The role also implies a close relationship with our product-finance team, as this tech-oriented way to work is part of our DNA.Responsibilities and Year 1 Outcomes Improve leverage and cashflow to meet our company goals in our existing debt funding structures working side by side with our debt funding partners to renegotiate terms and fund new receivable products. Maximize our book and funding cashflow by building a scalable and efficient debt capital markets operations platform to support our exponential increasing volume, partnering with product to build a tech-enabled function and managing the funding operations team. Design future funding optionalities for Addi in its current business stage and aligning to company leverage and cashflow goals, including but not limited to pushing forward obtaining a deposit-taking licence and becomming a regulated entity by the Colombian Finance Superintendency. Legal and Financial structuring of future securitization vehicles (Investment Funds, Warehousing facilities, Financial Debentures, etc), working closely with our internal and external counsels. Conduct roadshow and securities sale pitch of future securitization/funding processes (private or public). Manage the relationship with the current and future debt Institutional Investors of Addi. Partner with our Risk team to create performance reports of our portfolio and facilities to our investors.
