You are an owner and problem solver and tenaciously hunt the right talent, present compelling opportunities at our company, and take a very considerate approach with candidates and Hiring Managers as a Talent Partner.Key Responsibilities Recruit mainly for the Technical roles at Addi, consistently attracting talent from anywhere in the LATAM region. You thrive in recruiting for roles that require hard-to-find skills, niche, and high-demand skillsets. Deliver against short-term and anticipated demand, identifying prospective candidates by researching and engaging with talent and utilizing digital and social media channels effectively (mainly LinkedIn). Engage talent and convert passive or non-job seekers into active candidates for current or future vacancies, being respectful and transparent to ensure a high level of Candidate Satisfaction. Tailor the approach to prospective candidates to meet the needs of each specific position by adapting key messages and information. Capture and share key market intelligence and provide market insights to internal clients. Make sure a shortlist of candidates is high quality and fits the high standards demanded by the senior leadership team. Communicate timely and efficiently with internal clients, align expectations, and strive to maintain deadlines but anticipate and communicate issues to achieve a high level of Hiring Manager satisfaction. You are a whiz at sourcing on LinkedIn - you have mastered boolean search and know how to tailor searches based on role requirements with ease and effectiveness.
