About the role:
Join the high-energy, fast-paced sales team at Anyscale, where we're scaling and productionizing AI workloads built on Ray. As an Account Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth trajectory forward. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and real-world applications, transforming industries and driving impact.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers who could benefit from Anyscale's self-service product, leveraging your technical understanding to establish rapport and articulate value
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and strategic partnerships
  • Pipeline Nurturing: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing them with the information and support they need to progress towards conversion
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing conversion rates

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience: You bring a minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a technical sales capacity.

  • Technical Aptitude: Having worked with technical products before, you possess the ability to deeply understand our offerings and effectively articulate the value proposition, particularly in the realms of data and machine learning.
  • Organization: You're not just organized – you're super organized. Managing multiple tasks, leads, and pipelines simultaneously comes naturally to you.
  • Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining pipelines is your forte. You understand the importance of a healthy sales pipeline and know how to keep it flowing smoothly.

Compensation

  • At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $100,000 Salary + $20,000 Sales Incentive Target, for $120,000 OTE. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
