What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Client Account Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team.The candidate needs to be able to demonstrate both a strong understanding of international payment and foreign exchange (FX) operations, confident customer service competences and excellent business operations competences.The ideal candidate will be able to use their business operations and client-facing competencies, and technical payments and FX experience, to support the delivery of service optimisation and controls oversight through taking responsibility, solving problems, all with a strong customer-centric mindset

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • As part of a team, oversee and manage the account opening and account closure processes including, where necessary, related set ups such as API and CAMT.053 integrations.
  • As part of a team, oversee and manage BCB's outstanding invoices, engaging clients and recommending escalation where necessary, to ensure BCB clients settle their outstanding invoice balances in a timely manner.
  • As part of a team, oversee and manage client adherence to BCB terms and conditions such as GBP Fraud claims and account balances, engaging clients and recommending escalation where necessary, to ensure BCB clients are, and remain, compliant with our terms.
  • Accurate and timely management of pipeline and related reporting
  • Achievement of activity KPIs related to the above activities
  • Working harmoniously with our Finance, Compliance, Operations, Client Service & Technical teams

  • Must have strong business operations and analytical skills
  • Must be confident in a client-facing role
  • Confident in following, and when needed, creating and maintaining processes and procedures
  • Payments or foreign exchange operations experience
  • An understanding of various payments rails such as FPS, CHAPS, SEPA & SWIFT is an advantage
  • Disciplined to work remotely if needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent PC & typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious and an eye for improvement
  • Familiarity with Confluence a plus
