Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality and security standards
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications to bring customers better experience
- Contribute solutions for system bottlenecks and bugs
- Help maintain code quality and orderliness
Requirements
- 5+ years full lifecycle Java applications project development experience
- Strong skills in core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks
- Strong skills in relational databases, NoSQL datastore and Cache technologies
- Experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging middleware
- Experience in microservice framework, Spring Cloud or Spring Alibaba and so on
- Solid knowledge of event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration pattern, Distributed Transaction, Distributed lock, Web Service and REST
- Experience in design and development of large-scale distributed systems, practical experience in high concurrency, high performance system is preferred
- Ability to mentor junior developers on the team
- Bachelor degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or mathematics or similar
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin is an asset

- Wage Range: CAD $111,115 to $120,000
