About This Role:

The Senior Compliance Reporting Manager is part of the Compliance team and reports to our Senior Director, Program Management. As Senior Compliance Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building,executing the Compliance reporting framework to support the growth and operations of Compliance. As Senior Compliance Reporting Manager you will partner with the data, product, operations, and risk teams, to meet the Compliance enterprise wide reporting needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, Build and Implement a Compliance reporting framework to support the growth and operations of Compliance
  • Assess exposure to to risk in the Compliance program by developing measures to report those risk areas (KPI’s and KRI’s)
  • Lead the improvements of existing and development of new dashboards, scorecards, and reports for each Compliance workstream
  • Create reporting for Compliance leadership, Senior Leadership, and Board Level Committees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective reporting
  • Design, Build, Implement an Exam and Audit management system
  • Design, Build, Implement capacity modeling, enhanced tools and manage workflow for each Compliance workstream

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 8+ years professional experience in Compliance and the banking industry
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Excel, Access, SQL experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing reporting frameworks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on high quality standards of performance
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and ability to partner closely with stakeholders
  • Ability to work with complex concepts with minimal assistance
  • Excellent ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Salary:

The starting pay range for this role is between USD$145,000 to USD$165,000 per year for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
