Job Overview:
This position requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual to oversee office administration and I-T support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to seamlessly adapt to changing priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the asset inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking of all hardware and software assets.
- Oversee the issuance, return, and replacement of laptops and other assets for employees.
- Conduct periodic audits of assets to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support and lead internal audits from an assets perspectives
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and servicing of asset equipment.
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including user creation, role assignments, and deactivation during onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure proper access control and monitor account activities to maintain security.
- Assist in resolving asset related issues related to hardware, software, and account management, with support from the vendor.
- Manage and coordinate in-office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage travel bookings for team members and other arrangements for events
- Monitor office supplies and inventory
- Support various functions with document filing and organization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system requirements and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in asset management and Admin role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of asset inventory tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with I-T and admin policies and compliance standards.
