We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous administrator to provide essential support to our treasury and finance team. This role is focused on managing the administrative, documentary, and logistical tasks that ensure our banking operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous administrator to provide essential support to our treasury and finance team. This role is focused on managing the administrative, documentary, and logistical tasks that ensure our banking operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Collating bank statements
- Producing daily MIS on liquidity
- Performing daily recon of bank statements
- Documentation for banking transactions.
- Assist with obtaining 15 CA/CB
- Assist with ECB returns.
- Treasury related couriers & handling logistics for documents.
- Documentations for Bank Account Opening & Bank account changes.
- Generating AP & AR invoices for accounting.
- Documentation for forex transactions.
- Liaising with Banks for relevant document submissions as per requirement.
- Handling preparation & depositing of cheques.
Qualifications
- Graduate, Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
