Job Overview
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager - Affiliate Networks to lead and scale Branch International’s affiliate-led acquisition channels in India. This role will focus on building, managing, and optimizing performance-driven partnerships with affiliate networks and lead aggregators while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth in a regulated fintech environment. You will work closely with Growth, Credit, Legal, Product, and Finance teams to balance scale with quality and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Partner Acquisition

  • Own acquisition and growth of affiliate and network-led channels including ad networks, performance partners and lead aggregators
  • Identify, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliate partners aligned with business goals
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and SLAs with partners

Performance & Quality Management

  • Track partner performance across volume, CAC, approval rates, fraud and LTV metrics
  • Optimize partner mix to improve efficiency, credit quality, and ROI

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to align acquisition strategy and targets
  • Partner with Credit, legal and Finance for smooth partner operations and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with Analytics, Product and Tech teams on integrations, tracking, and attribution

Insights & Reporting

  • Own reporting dashboards for affiliate performance and channel health
  • Present clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or network-led acquisition roles; fintech/BFSI experience strongly preferred

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, lead aggregators, and performance-based acquisition models
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks and tracking platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of CAC, ROI and funnel metrics
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
