Campfire is building the AI-native ERP for modern finance and accounting teams. As our field and event marketing program scales, we’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to help bring our brand to life through standout events and experiences.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth startup and contribute directly to how we engage finance leaders in the AI era. You’ll manage key pieces of our events program, execute with excellence, and work cross-functionally to drive meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Support the strategy, planning, and execution of Campfire’s event program—from webinars and executive dinners to trade shows and our flagship Finance Forward Summit.
Take ownership of critical event components, including logistics, vendor management, venue coordination, shipping, budgets, and on-site execution.
Partner with sales, product, and growth teams to ensure events generate pipeline, deepen customer engagement, and build community.
Manage event operations such as attendee registration, pre- and post-event communications, and speaker coordination.
Track and report on event performance, helping to refine best practices and improve ROI over time.
Contribute to building scalable processes, documentation, and systems that set our events program up for growth.
Be ready to jump in wherever needed—this is a fast-moving startup, and flexibility is key.
You’re likely a good fit if
You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or field marketing (ideally B2B SaaS or professional services).
You’ve managed events from start to finish, and are comfortable balancing logistics with marketing outcomes.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and bring a problem-solving, “figure it out” mindset.
You enjoy collaborating across teams and understand how events tie into the broader marketing and sales funnel.
You’re motivated by creating memorable experiences that connect people and shape how they see a brand.
