At Campfire, we’re reshaping how finance and operations teams share context and collaborate. We’ve built a category-defining product — and now we’re looking for a Social Media & Community Marketing Manager to help us amplify our story, grow our audience, and activate the community that’s forming around what we’re building.
This is a unique opportunity to own and scale our organic social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and GTM to increase visibility, build trust with finance and ops audiences, and turn employees and users into brand advocates.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn (primary), and help expand to other channels (e.g. Twitter/X, Threads, Reddit, Slack communities)
Build and manage Campfire’s LinkedIn brand presence, while helping amplify key voices whose content drives meaningful traffic
Work cross-functionally to get more internal team members engaged on social — helping them create or amplify content in a way that feels natural
Develop a consistent brand tone and point of view across posts and campaigns
Launch new community-driven initiatives — from spotlighting customers to engaging in relevant online conversations
Monitor and report on performance: follower growth, engagement, traffic, and conversions
Stay on top of social media trends and help Campfire experiment with new formats and tactics
Create light content when needed (text, short video, visuals) and partner with design/writers as needed for bigger campaigns
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years experience in social media or community marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS, startup or Fintech space.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform — and how to grow and engage an audience there
Experience building employee advocacy or executive social programs is a big plus
You’re both strategic and hands-on — you know how to plan and execute
Creative and curious — you’re energized by new formats, emerging channels, and community building
Clear, concise communicator with a good eye for content that performs well
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Bonus: Familiarity with finance, operations, or SaaS is helpful (but not required)
Why Campfire?
You’ll shape how a growing brand shows up to the world — and be part of telling a new story in the SaaS space
A collaborative team that cares about clarity, curiosity, and doing meaningful work
High-impact role with lots of room to experiment and grow
Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
Compensation Range: $100K - $135K
