About the Role
CaptivateIQ is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Enablement team. This individual will work closely with the Director of GTM Enablement, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective enablement programs that support the sales teams' success. In particular, this role will have ownership of our sales enablement programs dedicated to our sales methodology, best practices, and playbooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales enablement and sales leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives revenue growth and improves win rates across our sales teams.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create enablement assets such as battle cards, playbooks, and sales collateral that support the sales team's efforts
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and create enablement programs that address those gaps and improve sales performance
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs that improve sales reps' knowledge and skills in areas such as presentation delivery, solution demonstrations, objection handling, and sales methodologies
  • Assist with the development and execution of a sales onboarding program that quickly and effectively ramps new sales hires and ensures they have the knowledge, tools, and skills to succeed
  • Assist with the management and improvement of coaching programs that help sales managers become more effective coaches and provides them with the tools and resources they need to support their team
  • Work with sales operations to measure the impact of enablement programs on sales performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth and improve win rates
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Experience with sales methodologies and sales training programs
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.io
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
