About the role
As the Senior Product Manager for Data Experiences, you will be responsible for defining, evangelizing and executing on a product vision and strategy that delights CaptivateIQ users with meaningful insights and intuitive reporting. An ideal candidate will have a B2B background and experience delivering high-value self-service reporting and visualizations. You will bring a strategic curiosity to everything you do, challenging and validating assumptions to ensure we’re building the right things, faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish shared vision across the company to build strong alignment and drive world-class execution
  • Build empathy for customer personas by working directly with customers and internal teams
  • Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition
  • Build compelling hypotheses and find ways to validate assumptions at low cost
  • Leverage data to continually inform product evolution and drive customer adoption of product capabilities
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to research, design and build product experiences that customers love
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure Product and GTM are strongly aligned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience working with complex data architectures to deliver meaningful business intelligence and insights
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience working with technical products
  • Experience leading teams autonomously and delivering substantial product releases from 0 to 1
  • A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product area is successful
  • Excellent social and written communication skills to advocate for customer needs and to distill them into clear requirements for product, design, and engineering teams

The base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000 to $210,000. CaptivateIQ takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this job posting shows the minimum and maximum target starting base salary across all US locations. The successful candidate’s starting base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education, work location, market conditions, and other factors. This range may be modified in the future. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and other benefits.
