Silicon Bring-up Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a Python based bringup and debug flow. The flow does voltage characterization, runs ATPG and BIST tests and performs automated wafer repair
- Automate and improve bringup and debug processes to significantly increase production of silicon and systems
- Collaborate closely with the ASIC Design, Verification, Test Engineering and Bringup teams
- Enable production engineers to automatically start and monitor bringup of systems
- Write & improve tests to give easily understood error reporting
- Automate commonly encountered problems
Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with bringing up and debug of systems
- Experience in silicon bring up. Knowledge of MBIST and ATPG patterns
- Experience with system monitoring tools and flows
- Experience with reliability and burn in testing
- Broad experience of programming and scripting languages
Location
North America based. Sunnyvale or Toronto preferred.
