ML Quality Engineer

About The Role
As a MTS (ML Product Validation), you will influence better ML software design, promote proper engineering practices, scalability and other advanced product concepts. The position will play a huge role in the quality of Cerebras software. We are looking for technical leads that have a broad set of skills and who are ready to tackle the biggest at-scale problems in HW-based deep learning accelerators.
Responsibilities
- Help identify weak spots and potential product improvements and drive the software organization towards quality
- Implement creative ways to break Cerebras software and identify potential problems
- Contribute to developing SW specifications with a focus on ML products
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or EE with 10-12+ years of industry experience
- Experience in product validation for compute/machine learning/networking/storage systems within a large-scale enterprise environment
- Ability to take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an end goal toward improving quality
- Strong knowledge of software system design and Python
- Knowledge of ML workflows
Preferred
- Familiarity with Large Language models and parameters
- Prior experience in product validation for HW systems involving ASICs or FPGAs
