The</span> <span style="font-weight:400;">this pre-IPO technology </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">company's day-to-day global equity plan administration, </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">including the daily processing of equity transactions and working closely across all levels of the organization to support equity administration and education. The position requires a team player who can work with internal and external stakeholders and someone who wants to help grow Cohesity’s stock administration function </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">as the Company grows in the USA and internationally.</span> </p> <p> <strong>HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Manage all aspects of Cohesity’s equity programs, including Stock Options and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Data entry and manage </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">all participant equity plan transactions</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Track and implement new equity grants from new hires, refresh and promotions.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations of records and manage the cap table.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate and partner with the People, Total Rewards, Accounting, and Payroll team members to ensure accurate data flow and support for audits and reporting needs.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Prepare annual reporting forms required by the IRS and other tax jurisdictions as needed.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Prepare and track registration filings required by the U.S. and other international jurisdictions.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Respond to employees’ inquiries and manage the Stock Admin email inbox.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Enhance the stock administration function, including improvements in process and implementing automated solutions for scalability.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Support employee understanding of equity awards programs and policies through conducting educational webinars, presentations and creating employee communication materials.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Assist with SOX compliance and quarterly testing/audits by internal and external teams.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and to partners across departments</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and custom reporting as requested.</span> </li> </ul> <p> <strong>WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.).</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">A minimum of 6 years’ experience in stock administration.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Extensive skills and experience in working on and maintaining data integrity in EEO.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Excellent Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, index and match).</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Extensive understanding and knowledge of equity awards, including administering grants, exercises, tax and filing requirements.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to lead, manage, track and follow-up on stock administration projects and provide strategic, tactical, technical and analytical support to senior members of the finance, legal and human resource teams.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and extraordinary attention to detail.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Working knowledge of US tax and securities matters.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Understanding of many different types of equity awards and equity programs across multiple jurisdictions.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of public company equity administration, including </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">managing </span> <span style="font-weight:400;">ESPP, processing RSU settlements,</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">International experience and tax expertise are a plus.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Adept at effective interpersonal interaction in ahighlycustomer-satisfaction focused environment.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">A strong team player who can work well with colleagues inall functional groups</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity.</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or working towards the
