As a Recruiter, you'll help us develop an elite team and have the ability to help us continue to grow our outstanding culture. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be working with hiring teams to help them bring in the best talent and build cohesive, successful and encouraging lines of business. Working as a partner with your hiring managers, you'll serve as each candidate's main point of contact leading the recruitment process from resume submission to offer. Responsibilities:
- Build top of the funnel for multiple job requisitions at a given time, consisting of both passive and active candidates
- Develop strategies to attract and engage passive candidates, while focusing on defining and driving key data points and results
- Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList, and other platforms
- Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on hiring and sourcing standard methodologies
- Be responsible for the ATS (Greenhouse) for each role
- Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to schedule throughout the process to efficiently connect with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify detailed and accurate job hiring criteria and processes through a comprehensive role intake process
- Develop and provide a flawless and encouraging candidate experience
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting (In-House preferred)
- Experience in FinTech or tech based startup preferred
- Strong sourcing skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment thats on the cutting edge of data security
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and achieve goals individually and as a team
- Passionate about building teams and cultivating an outstanding candidate experience
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with leadership, key team members, external partners and candidates
- Proactive learner with desire to take on new challenges
