Graphics Specialist - Costa Rica

What you'll be doing in the Graphics Specialist role:

What we're looking for:

• Create and edit visual materials while following graphic design principles (alignment, hierarchy, contract, repetition, proximity, balance, color, negative space) and elements (line, shape, form, texture, space, imagery, typography, and color) using MS Office, Google Suite, and other similar applications.
• Edit briefing slides, create forms, and various communications.
• Create content that includes routine-to-complex graphics, publication design and layout, infographics, forms, briefs, illustrations, posters, logos, photography, videos, and websites.
• Examine how designs are viewed by internal and external customers to ensure messages are communicated clearly and accurately.
• Create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with designers, editors, supervisors, etc.
• Communicate with stakeholders to establish the objective, design, and requirements of the project.
• Maintain contact with stakeholders about project progress and deadlines.
• Review products for quality control.
• Ability to work on several products concurrently while managing competing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well in a project team environment.
• Other duties as required.

• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience setting and managing client relationships with expectations.
• Experience effectively communicating with diverse team, client, and organizational stakeholders.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks and deliverables as needs evolve.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Experience with photography and videography is preferred
