HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end accounting close. This includes IND AS closure of books.
- Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet and P&L reviews, reconciliations with flux analysis
- Leading statutory audit. This includes preparation of financial statement, balances sheet and P&L schedules, note to accounts etc. Liasoning with statutory audit to close the statutory audit on time.
- Responsible for completion of internal audit and IFC compliance on time.
- Involved in settlement of intercompany receivables and payables.
- Support to India tax team on advance tax, tax audit, transfer pricing, GST submissions, tax assessments, tax provisions.
- Responsible for Secretarial compliances with support from External Consultant.
- Responsible for STPI/SEZ compliances.
- Responsible for RBI / FEMA compliance as per regulatory requirement
- Preparation of Technical Accounting Memo.
- Involved in Ad hoc project if any
WE'D LOVE TO TALK IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
- Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in areas of Accounting and Finance, Reporting, Statutory audit, and Compliance.
- Accounting and Finance.
- STPI / SEZ knowledge
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP application
- Basic knowledge of Taxation laws and Companies Act, 2013.
- Working knowledge of IND AS / IFRS would be an added advantage.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
