We’re looking for motivated, creative, and technically strong individuals who are eager to bring fresh ideas and expertise to the table. How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:

  • Assisting with planning, creating, and scheduling content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Bluesky, and other platforms.

  • Supporting campaign execution, including writing content, coordinating assets, and tracking performance.

  • Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, sharing insights, and amplifying our brand voice.

  • Contributing to creative projects like videos, carousels, and infographics to tell compelling stories.

  • Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on what’s working—and what’s not.

  • Keeping up with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

We’d Love to Talk to You If You Have Many of the Following:

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or Public Relations. *MUST BE enrolled in a degree program during your internship and the fall semester following. New Graduates will not be considered.

  • Strong writing skills for captions, blogs, and short-form content.

  • Ability to create engaging visuals and infographics.

  • Basic video editing for reels, shorts, and stories.

  • Knowledge of TikTok or Instagram video trends is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and report on performance.

  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing content based on data.

  • Ability to research industry trends and competitors.

  • Staying updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with content calendars and project management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging based on audience and platform.

  • A passion for storytelling and creative problem-solving.

  • Ability to pitch new ideas and trends for campaigns.

  • Understanding of brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent tone.

  • Experience in adapting content for different platforms.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (designers, marketing, etc.).

  • Open to feedback and eager to learn.

Pay: $30-35/hr

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
