The sales team at Cohesity is on a mission to help organizations around the world find limitless value from their data. Our customer obsessed account executives are focused on building new businesses while expanding the value of Cohesity for existing customers. We are seeking a vibrant and sharp mind to be join our Channel team in Germany! As an Channel Development Manager, you will be an individual contributor focused on showcasing the value of Cohesity’s products/solutions in the German region, iimplementing a coordinated channel strategy including the creation and responsibility for the channel plan of our focused resellers.
We are a passionate team of customer obsessed sellers with a desire to disrupt the way organizations think about data management in the German sector. We are looking to expand our team of sellers that are excited about bringing endless value to their customers through simplifying the world of data management.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
- Implementing a coordinated channel strategy including the creation and responsibility for the channel plan of the Focus partners
- Achieving quarterly performance targets
- Collaborating with the Cohesity channel team, country managers, field sales, pre-sales, and marketing and team support
- Being responsible for business relations with strategic partners
- Monitoring the sales team's partner contacts for the purpose of structuring the respective partner contacts, go-to-market strategy and negotiating terms and conditions
- Defining tailored value propositions to strengthen Cohesity´s brand equity and generate new revenue streams
- Influencing the partner sales teams to ensure that the company is taken into account in possible business collaborations
- Convincing partners and customers of the benefits of Cohesity software
- Managing large and global transactions
- Building a community at CxO level
- Convincing employees and colleagues of the added value of working with partners
- Selling Cohesity´s ' core products and being responsible for focusing the company's channels on new offers
- Drafting a development plan to increase revenue rates with dedicated focus partners
- Cross-regional international projects after coordination
- Organizing and providing support at cross-regional in-house exhibitions

- Close contact and well know at Reseller and Distribution Partner in the German Market
- Security and Backup Background preferred Veritas/Cohesity
- University or FH degree
- Excellent Network in the German market

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
