The India Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness/thought leadership, engagement and pipeline growth in India’s Top Accounts and acquire Net New Logos through direct and channel marketing. The ideal candidate will align marketing strategies with business goals, focusing on AI-powered data security, cyber resilience, and backup modernization. They will have experience in ABM, events, digital campaigns, social media, and channel marketing, and capable of engaging C-level and technical leaders.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for Enterprise, Public Sector, and Commercial accounts, focusing on customer retention, expansion and acquisition
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to drive pipeline generation e.g. Campaigns, Incentives, aligned with revenue goals.
- Align cross-functional teams (sales, technical sales, channel) on marketing initiatives and execution
- Manage local vendors for effective demand-generation execution.
- Plan and execute physical and virtual events to drive engagement pre, during, and post-event.
- Implement an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, utilizing Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and micro-briefings.
- Strengthen channel marketing by driving demand with key partners and alliances (e.g., HPE, Cisco, AWS).
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
- Measure and report on marketing program effectiveness, adjusting based on data.
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
A results-driven marketing professional with a strong IT background, experienced in digital and channel marketing, ABM, and cross-functional team management. Must excel in influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization and demonstrate measurable ROI.
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in IT or tech.
- Proven track record in B2B direct and channel marketing, with ROI and pipeline management expertise.
- Strong ABM and partner-based lead generation experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Commercially focused, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
