As a seasoned RPA Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and building robust, scalable and intelligent automation solutions from the ground up. This is more than just a development role— you'll be helping in driving the enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing best practices.
This role involves building robust bots with minimal human intervention using UiPath, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) & Agentic AI, delivering excellent user experiences to our stakeholders. This needs driving automation from concept to deployment in a dynamic enterprise environment, integrating with platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite and more.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Build scalable bots using UiPath, Agentic AI and intelligent document processing for cross-functional business teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design real-world automation solutions and conduct technical feasibility analysis for automation candidates with hands-on system assessments
Own end-to-end bots include UAT, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance for stability and uptime by Designing and maintain reusable automation frameworks that enable faster development and long-term scalability.
Integrate RPA workflows with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational continuity.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Minimum of 8+ years of IT experience with a strong background in automation, particularly in RPA using UiPath, and hands-on development experience in Java and/or Python.
At least 6 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath.
Proven experience in enterprise-scale RPA development and implementation and strong hands-on experience in developing RPA components/workflow development using UiPath Studio and understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework.
Should be able to create framework from scratch/enhance the existing framework.
Must have experience in UiPath Orchestrator Management and RE-Framework, and knowledge of Bot and Automation infrastructure/lab setup.
Identify and implement the Agentic AI capabilities and usecases.
Analyze the enterprise tech stack, identify opportunities for replacing SaaS applications with AI-driven solutions where feasible
Capable of owning necessary project documentation such as Project Plans, PDD, SDD, and Status Reports, and own delivery and maintenance.
Define and plan the development approach by building optimized solution design, break larger projects by creating actionable plan and creating futuristic reusable components.
Should have hands-on experience intelligent document processing and building the framework by leveraging AI for variety of document processing.
Interact with stakeholders from various business functions to understand their challenges and find ways to streamline their processes through automating day-to-day tasks using RPA.
Exposure to Enterprise Tech processes, especially Lead-to-Cash (E2E) and Customer Success domains along with Salesforce and NetSuite technologies for use cases analysis & implementation.
Proficient in building the BOTs from scratch and large-scale deployment for Enterprise technology organization.
Should have Hands-on knowledge of BOT lifecycle across multiple large-scale projects including requirements, development, UAT, Production deployment, and maintenance for complex business processes UiPath custom activities and workflow analyzer development and implementation knowledge.
Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges.
Diagnose functional issues, report bugs, and take ownership of issue resolution
Understand the know-how of existing BOTs and continuously monitor and evaluate deployed solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability/enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance, high coding standards and resolving tech debts (if any).
Ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols throughout the RPA development lifecycle.
Quick learner with good analytical & troubleshooting skills, flexible in learning new technologies and delivering automation solutions to help the team.
Create effective automation solutions with proper error handling and flexibility to build upon it in future state and take a proactive approach to maintain/support RPA bots after development for stability and usage analysis Knowledge of API tools/technologies and related topics: REST, API Gateways, API authentication, Postman, and collection Runner.
Experience with Selenium for automation testing and basic Jenkins scripting is a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and an attitude to learn, teach and adapt with a collaborative approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are must.
Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, tableau, and Office automation is highly desirable. Working knowledge of OCR engines, Fuzzy matching algorithms, and Computer Vision is preferred
Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and Time Series databases and GIT for version management
Working knowledge of Dashboard creations/implementations using Grafana/Kibana is must
Experience on agile methodologies and way of working with the knowledge of using JIRAs, Confluence, SharePoint, BitBucket, and ServiceNow.

This position has a starting pay range of $MIN - $MID per year. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
