As the Director of Enablement, you will guide our enablement strategy and ensure our sales teams have the vital knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed in their positions. You will work closely with departments like Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing to identify their enablement requirements and build customized programs that improve sales efficiency.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

● Develop and communicate an Enablement Vision that aligns with WWFO GTM Strategy

● Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and sales leaders to understand their business and

enablement needs

● Translate business needs into a comprehensive plan, including role-based onboarding programs and ongoing training and education

● Communicate the long and short-term enablement strategy and plan to the WWFO.

● Define, measure, and report the business impact of all enablement programs and projects

● Assess readiness gaps and partner with subject matter experts to develop programs that increase sales productivity

● Refine and evaluate the systems infrastructure and team to support enablement objectives

● Lead the cross-functional enablement team to deliver sales-focused content and engaging learning experiences, as well as shape and inform content strategy and delivery to support field events (e.g. Sales Kick Off)

● Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop Sales Plays and associated sales programs

● Stay informed about the latest trends and effective strategies in Sales Enablement.

● Ensure coherent and focused delivery of WWFO enablement programs by maintaining a

comprehensive perspective.

● Demonstrate our company values through all interactions

● Work with finance to set and manage a budget that aligns with enablement programs and strategies

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

● 10+ years of sales, sales leadership, and sales enablement experience. Preferred experience in the Technical IT space.

● Strong program management experience with the ability to develop roadmaps and plans, measure progress monthly/quarterly.

● Solid understanding and experience of sales methodology development and deployment

● Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.

● Training skills including program design, curriculum design, and training delivery

● Leadership experience with a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent

● Ability to present and debate recommendations with senior leadership

● BA/BS degree, equivalent experience considered advantageous

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$172,800.00-$216,000.00
