Cohesity is seeking an outstanding Enablement Specialist to join our world-class team. As a Senior Enablement Specialist at Cohesity, you will play a key role in empowering our sales organization by driving impactful training programs and optimizing the sales motion to ensure solution learnings and impact close rates. Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering high-quality product trainings, workshops, educational resources, and enablement initiatives that align with our sales strategy and enhance seller effectiveness throughout the customer lifecycle.
This role requires a blend of instructional design, product knowledge, and strategic alignment with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership. You'll help translate complex business needs and customer journeys into actionable enablement programs and content.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Enhance the product knowledge of sellers by designing and delivering enablement experiences that build proficiency in delivering value propositions, conducting discovery, and articulating ROI to customers.
- Design workshops for all level sellers that are engaging while imparting knowledge and skills on the attendees.
- Align with stakeholders in Competitive Intelligence to build play cards and playbook content.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing learning plans for existing team members, ensuring continuous improvement across the sales organization focusing on Product and solution knowledge.
- Develop foundational learning material including whiteboards, PowerPoints, activities, roleplays, playbooks and other learning content.
- Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to align on messaging and create unified solution training content.
- Develop and deliver enablement materials including instructional guides, snippet videos, workshops, and hands-on workbooks tailored to different learning styles and needs.
- Partner with Product Manager to keep the Content management system up to date.
- Align with frontline sales managers to foster a "One Team" culture and champion for sellers growth and product sales lifecycle.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Experience in Sales Enablement, Customer Success, or Product Management preferred
Strong facilitation and instructional design skills with an educational mindset
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating compelling and clear content
Ability to analyze complex processes and create effective process documentation and learning materials
Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders across multiple departments
Solid understanding of the buyer’s journey and B2B sales methodologies
Previous experience in training and enablement for Data Protection, Security or SaaS products
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and drive results

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
