We are seeking a driven, proactive, and ambitious Contract Manager to join our growing Transaction Legal Team with primary focus on supporting the Commercial Legal Team – Americas group. This dynamic role offers genuine opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Contract Manager, you will be embedded with a team of lawyers and contract negotiators handling complex commercial and technology agreements. You'll support worldwide sales and channel operations while having autonomy to improve processes and operations. This role requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders while managing and administering legal requests through our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and supporting your team.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Triage and facilitate incoming legal requests, ensuring proper prioritization and assignment
Process, review, and draft customer letters, NDAs, and other legal documents with diligence
Collaborate with attorneys to structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions efficiently
Innovate and optimize contract templates, forms, and playbooks to enhance contract velocity and standards
Serve as a subject matter expert for our CLM platform (Ironclad)
Manage and resolve complex process breakdowns while identifying opportunities for improvement
Project manage key initiatives across legal functions
Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive process improvements
Support international and strategic legal teams as needed
Collaborate with other Contract Managers to drive efficiency and standardization
WE'D LOVE TO TALK IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university
5+ years of experience in Contract Management or similar role
Experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation
Proficiency with CLM platforms, preferably Ironclad
Strong reporting and data analytics capabilities
Experience creating professional presentations
Excellent ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and manage time efficiently
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

This role reports to the Manager, Contract Managers. While we expect the successful candidate to possess many of the required skills, we value aptitude, positive attitude, and willingness to learn above existing expertise.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.
