The growth marketing team at Cohesity drives global demand for our AI-powered data security solutions. We’re a hands-on, fast-moving, growth-oriented, results-driven team of strategists and executors who bring global campaigns to life across channels and formats. We’re looking for a webinar expert who knows the ins and outs of webinar execution and thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction, understanding how to navigate the tension between engagement, scalability, and flawless execution. As a Senior Demand Generation Specialist (Webinars), you’ll collaborate on strategy and planning and lead execution of Cohesity’s webinar program. You’ll own third-party and Cohesity-hosted webinars, working cross-functionally to deliver engaging, high-performing experiences across the funnel.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Drive Cohesity’s webinar strategy across third-party events and internally hosted webinars — aligning each with campaign goals, strategy, and audience needs (approximately 15 per quarter)

  • Lead end-to-end execution for each event: planning, promotion, registration, tech setup, run-of-show, speaker prep, live moderation, and post-event follow-up

  • Collaborate across teams — including growth marketing, product marketing, creative, field marketing, inside sales reps, and marketing operations — to ensure seamless execution and on-target results

  • Optimize performance through thoughtful experimentation, A/B testing, and post-event analysis — bringing creative solutions to continuously improve attendee engagement and lead quality

  • Standardize and scale: build and maintain playbooks, processes, and templates to support repeatable success and enable regional execution

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 3+ years experience managing B2B webinars, virtual events, or related programs

  • Expertise with platforms like ON24, Zoom, or Webex — and strong familiarity with marketing tech (Marketo, Salesforce)

  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and keep timelines on track

  • Excellent communication skills — both for executive stakeholders and customer-facing webinar hosting

  • Strong attention to detail — able to manage complex logistics, catch inconsistencies before they go live, and ensure flawless execution across registration flows, speaker materials, promotional assets, and post-event follow-up

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach; skilled at interpreting data and making data-driven decisions

  • Creative instincts — you bring fresh ideas to increase engagement, solve problems on the fly, and elevate the attendee experience

  • Strong on-camera presence and hosting skills — comfortable acting as a moderator or webinar MC when needed

  • Experience building training materials or onboarding collaborators
