The To-Partner Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to inform, engage, and empower the partner ecosystem. This role ensures that partners receive clear, consistent, and compelling messaging aligned with business priorities, enhancing their ability to promote and sell solutions.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
  • Partner Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive to-partner communications plan, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Messaging Development: Create clear and impactful messaging that communicates program updates, product announcements, incentive programs, and marketing resources to partners.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and manage a variety of content, including newsletters, emails, partner portal updates, FAQs, presentations, and announcements.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver communication campaigns to drive partner engagement, including program adoption, training participation, and event attendance.
  • Channel Management: Oversee communication platforms such as partner portals, email marketing systems, and partner-focused social media channels to optimize content delivery and engagement.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with partner teams to gather insights and feedback from partners, ensuring communications are relevant and continuously improved.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of communication initiatives using analytics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on engagement and impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including channel marketing, product marketing, and sales, to align messaging and ensure consistency across touchpoints.


WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or channel
  • communications, with a focus on B2B or partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
  • Experience managing communication campaigns, newsletters, and digital content delivery platforms.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel marketing, or indirect sales models.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of partner enablement strategies and communication best practices.
  • Strong understanding of partner personas and the ability to tailor messaging to
  • their specific needs

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$139,200.00-$174,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
