HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of key business initiatives and projects.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide visibility into team and organizational performance.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to help identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional meetings, workshops, and reviews.

  • Document processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and other business functions to ensure smooth delivery of organizational priorities.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems, with an interest in learning to analyze data and share insights using tools such as Jira, Tableau, SFDC, spreadsheets, and AI platforms like ThoughtSpot.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges creatively.

  • Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow.

  • Able to showcase personal projects, achievements, or experiences that highlight initiative and capability.

  • Positive, proactive attitude when tackling complex or unfamiliar problems.

  • Proactive in leading meetings, capturing key outcomes, and preparing professional presentations that highlight action items, goals, and trends.

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experienced with leading business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance analytics and generate deeper insights.

Pay Range :

$80,000-100,000

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$72,800.00-$91,000.00

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
