Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

The Cohesity Design team is on a mission to bring a modern, cohesive experience to how organizations manage, protect, and use their data. Our close‑knit team of UX designers, visual designers, and UX researchers partners deeply with Product Management and Engineering to solve complex challenges in data management, security, and AI through simple, powerful experiences.

As a Senior UX Designer , you will be a hands‑on, end‑to‑end product designer who owns key areas of the Cohesity experience, working from our Bangalore office. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners and customers world-wide to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high‑impact experiences that make complex, data‑rich workflows feel intuitive and efficient.

We are a collaborative, craft‑driven team that cares deeply about our users and the quality of the experiences we ship. We value curiosity, systems thinking, and a bias toward action—designers who are excited to untangle complex enterprise problems, partner closely with PM and Engineering, and use research, data, and AI tools to continually raise the bar for our product.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

- Partner with PM, Engineering, and UX Research to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and pain points in complex enterprise domains in order to define clear problem statements and opportunities for your product area.

- Design end‑to‑end user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interaction models in order to

deliver cohesive, intuitive experiences across web‑based data management workflows.

- Create high‑fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and detailed specs in Figma in order to ensure smooth implementation and a consistently high quality bar across states and edge cases.

- Use research methods such as usability tests, concept validation, and heuristic reviews in order to validate ideas, refine designs, and confidently iterate post‑launch based on evidence.

- Contribute to and extend our design systems and patterns in order to maintain visual and interaction consistency, improve accessibility, and accelerate product delivery across teams.

- Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and AI‑powered tools in order to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline your workflows, and inform design decisions with data.

- Lead design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers and partners in order to build shared understanding, alignment, and stronger outcomes across product teams.
