We are looking for a Hyperscaler sales leader to own and scale our go-to-market with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. This role sits at the intersection of field sales GTM, Cloud Marketplace, Alliances Co-Sell Execution, Partner Sales, and is accountable for building revenue-generating motions with the world’s three most important cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with your sales region’s Hyperscaler ecosystem—aligning executive stakeholders, embedding with field sellers, activating Marketplace as a growth engine, and operationalizing co-sell motions and leveraging joint events that consistently drive pipeline, bookings, and strategic growth. This role will directly influence regional and global cloud strategy, partner investment, and revenue acceleration.

How you will spend your time (what you will own):

  • Build and run joint GTM motions with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud field teams (sales, solution architects, partner orgs, industry teams).

  • Drive joint pipeline creation, co-selling discipline, and partner-sourced revenue. Owning Hyperscaler influenced revenue, forecasting & operating cadence.

  • Drive joint account planning with Hyperscaler sales leadership to land and expand in priority customers.

  • Act as escalation point for Hyperscaler deal strategy, incentives, funding motions, and exec alignment.

  • Partner closely across Cohesity Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Legal to remove friction and accelerate time-to-revenue.

  • Build a repeatable operating rhythm with weekly pipeline reviews.

We’d love to talk with you if you have the following:

  • 10+ years in Cloud GTM and Hyperscaler Alliances.

  • Demonstrated success driving co-sell revenue with Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google Cloud

  • Hands-on experience transacting through Cloud Marketplaces (Private Offers, MACC / EDP / CUD motions, partner-led deals).

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to operate from field seller to Hyperscaler VP level.

  • Proven track record of building joint GTM motions that move pipeline and close revenue.

  • Ability to operate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Ops.

  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where playbooks are built—not handed down.

  • Ability to travel with the needs of the role

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

  • Must have English language proficiency (Can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$264,000.00-$330,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
