HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Drive new programs that enhance technical sales collaboration and elevate technical knowledge utilizing reference material and shared field knowledge in small and large group settings
- Plan and execute end-to-end field and customer technical events that increase knowledge, reach and interest in Cohesity solutions
- Develop the solution and field team’s subject matter expertise in Cohesity and partner technologies and solutions to allow them to articulate the core benefits of Cohesity solutions to all audience levels including line of business managers, technical architects and "C" level executives
- Engage, drive and collaborate across product management, product marketing and the field organization to build first-class product and solution demonstrations, lab systems and accompanying documentation
- Independently execute on strategic initiatives in collaboration with marketing, product management and sales teams
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- 10+ years of relevant technical leadership experience
- Experience leading teams that balance the art and science of technical solution development
- Lead from the front with advanced presentation skills and experience presenting in front of audiences. Coach and up-level technical teams in their presentation skills
- Experience setting the strategy and direction in the development of product and solution expertise within technical field organizations at scale using industry standard tools and publication formats
- Strong cross-functional collaboration approach in solving business wide issues that drive speed and efficiency in the technical sales cycle
- Strong business acumen combined with a solid understanding of data management and infrastructure and/or storage technologies
- Comfortable working aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, Digital Media, Technical Knowledge Transfer or relevant field a plus

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
