Cohesity is seeking an experienced Manager, Inside Sales to lead and scale our growing team based in Heathrow, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing organization and play a critical part in driving pipeline creation and revenue growth.

As the Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, partner cross-functionally across Sales and Marketing, and build a predictable, repeatable pipeline engine for your territory. Your leadership will directly impact revenue performance and team development.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls to drive accountability and performance.

  • Coach team members across varying performance levels to elevate overall productivity and results.

  • Build a strong performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Report to executive leadership on performance metrics, pipeline trends, and forecasting insights.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and drive data-backed decision-making within the team.

  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership teams to create a predictable and repeatable pipeline generation engine.

  • Define outreach strategies and develop targeted account lists aligned with territory goals.

  • Ensure consistent execution of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Inside Sales Representatives.

  • Use data to identify areas for process improvement within the Sales Development organization.

  • Build reports, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies to enhance visibility and efficiency.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or hardware sales experience within a high-growth tech company.

  • Strong track record of overachieving in sales development or inside sales roles.

  • Experience managing Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales teams.

  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing team members at various performance levels.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, Clari, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication skills, including presenting insights to executive-level leadership.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$160,000.00-$200,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
