Position Summary

ConverzAI is seeking a versatile and driven Product Manager with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate across strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, making decisions with imperfect information, and building scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

As a Product Manager at ConverzAI, you will own the product lifecycle for our AI-powered Virtual Recruiter platform, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with customers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, translate customer and candidate problems into scalable solutions, and ensure successful execution.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and execution excellence. You will analyze customer feedback, candidate experience signals, product data usage, , and funnel performance metrics to define opportunities, product requirements, prioritize backlogs, coordinate releases, and measure business outcomes. Success in this role requires curiosity, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define product vision, strategy, and requirements, translating insights into PRDs, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria

· Own end-to-end product funnel design, optimization, and performance across the customer and candidate lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency

· Define, measure, and continuously improve key funnel conversion metrics to drive stronger product adoption, user engagement, candidate experience, and customer outcomes

· Identify customer and candidate problems through research, usage data, funnel analysis, stakeholder feedback, and direct customer interactions

· Identify bottlenecks through data analysis, user research, root cause analysis, and experimentation, then prioritize improvements with measurable business impact

· Drive a data-informed experimentation culture by defining hypotheses, evaluating results, learning from outcomes, and iterating rapidly

· Own the product roadmap, priorities, and feature planning aligned with company strategy and customer needs.

· Ensure operational and go-to-market readiness for product and feature launches, including documentation, internal enablement, and cross-team coordination

· Leverage data, customer feedback, candidate signals, and product performance metrics to measure outcomes, reduce product and operational debt, and drive continuous improvement.

· Act as a central connector across product, engineering, design, customer success, sales, and business teams to maintain alignment and accelerate decision-making.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.

· 3 to 5 years of experience in product management for software or SaaS products

· Prior experience in a startup or high-growth, product-led organization is strongly preferred

· Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity

· Strong analytical skills, including comfort with product metrics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

· Demonstrated ownership of products from discovery through launch, measurement, optimization, and continuous iteration.

· Technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand software development lifecycles, APIs, and technical trade-offs.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions

· Hands-on experience with Agile project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms
