Marketing / Growth Lead
DataDistillr, Inc., an early stage startup, venture-backed by Foundation Capital and marquee angels like Kaggle’s CEO, is expanding our “go to market” team. You’ll report directly to the Growth Officer, and will be the first person in this type of role, empowered to build from the ground up.
The OKRs of this role will include: Lead Gen, Lead Nurture, Customer Acquisition, Product Marketing. You will need to build organic and paid growth strategies in the following traction channels: SEO, SEM, PPC, Podcasts, Youtube, Social Media (including Linkedin), Blog, Website, Email and User Communities.
+Digital Marketing experience and high-quality content marketing - Blog posts, whitepapers, vlogs, podcasts, infographics, PPC and more
+Advanced knowledge of data analysis, using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Hubspot (downloadable gated resources - Checklists, templates, and questionnaires)
+Rigorous A/B testing to prioritize and optimize growth channels and customer acquisition
+SEO optimization including proper link building strategies
+Built C-suite and Board Dashboard as they relate to the team’s OKRs / traction channels
+Collaborate with the design team to create and develop landing pages and other assets
+Own the creative development and copywriting for social media campaigns and ads across all channels
+Work with Executive team to organize company offsites and major events
Experience at an early stage startup is a strong plus. College degree is a plus, at least 2-3 years work experience is a must. This is a US-only, remote work role, with many benefits including but not limited to employer-sponsored health, vision and dental coverage, 401k, and stock options. *
