Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong product background and proven expertise in B2B SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of experience, with at least two years focused on serving US mid-market customers in the SalesTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 3+ years in a customer-facing role within a product-centric company. At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically supporting US mid-market customers.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in SalesTech is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at project management and capable of handling multiple accounts efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field

Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong product background and proven expertise in B2B SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of experience, with at least two years focused on serving US mid-market customers in the SalesTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management matters specific to your customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, product, and marketing) to streamline service delivery and customer onboarding processes.
- Conduct regular review meetings with key stakeholders to discuss account health, usage metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our products.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and track the timely resolution of issues, escalating critical matters as necessary.
- Develop success plans for customers that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
