Docket learns from all unstructured and conversational knowledge within the company, powered by state-of-the-art LLMs, and creates a dynamic knowledge graph. Integrating deep into AE workflow, Docket delivers just-in-time knowledge to ask the right discovery questions and answer complex product questions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and natural language processing preferably in deep learning-based solutions
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in a production environment
• Expertise in NLP techniques, including transformer-based models like BERT and GPT
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools in handling end-to-end model lifecycle
• Prior experience in building AI-driven customer support or sales solutions is a plus
• Used/built benchmarking systems to measure the efficacy of models

Criteria

We prefer candidates with 0 to 1 and 1 to n experience, priority being 1 to n and seen scale. Also, we prefer these candidates be/willing to move to Bengaluru (if there is a strong candidate with a valid reason, let’s talk about it)
