Docket learns from all unstructured and conversational knowledge within the company, powered by state-of-the-art LLMs, and creates a dynamic knowledge graph. Integrating deep into AE workflow, Docket delivers just-in-time knowledge to ask the right discovery questions and answer complex product questions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in Python/AWS web application development
• Experience in building microservices and serverless architecture
• Worked with high velocity and a wide variety of data systems
• Experienced in working with real-time streaming data
• A degree in Computer Science is required
• Built efficient APIs and DB interfaces
• Experience with streaming data is preferred
• Understanding of best practices on platform deployment (Eg: Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring and maintaining large-scale data systems
• Experience in Go/Scala is a plus

Criteria

We prefer candidates with 0 to 1 and 1 to n experience, priority being 1 to n and seen scale. Also, we prefer these candidates be/willing to move to Bengaluru (if there is a strong candidate with a valid reason, let’s talk about it)
