Docket learns from all unstructured and conversational knowledge within the company, powered by state-of-the-art LLMs, and creates a dynamic knowledge graph. Integrating deep into AE workflow, Docket delivers just-in-time knowledge to ask the right discovery questions and answer complex product questions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience in NLP w/ language models
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, developing real-time data pipelines, and ensure high performance and reliability of AI solutions
• Used/built benchmarking systems to measure the efficacy of models
• Have used language models and prompt engineering end-to-end to solve a specific problem
• Experience with real-time applications or conversational AI systems is preferred
• Knowledge of tools like langchain, llama index, and dspy is preferable
• Understanding of different agentic frameworks is a plus

Criteria

We prefer candidates with 0 to 1 and 1 to n experience, priority being 1 to n and seen scale. Also, we prefer these candidates be/willing to move to Bengaluru (if there is a strong candidate with a valid reason, let’s talk about it)
