How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prospect new opportunities: Engage with SaaS companies (500–5,000 employees) in fast-growing industries.
  • Personalized outreach: Develop account plans and craft tailored messages to decision-makers in your territory.
  • Multi-channel lead generation: Leverage cold calls, emails, and social channels to create qualified opportunities.
  • Drive campaign success: Contribute to outreach campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives to boost top-of-funnel growth.
  • Engage prospects effectively: Understand and communicate DocketAI’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies, refine messaging, and share insights.
  • Maintain data integrity: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Hubspot).

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 1-3 years in an SDR, Business Development, or similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales skills: Strong ability to generate qualified opportunities through cold outreach.
  • Communication: Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with tools like Hubspot/Salesforce, Outreach/Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a remote role and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
