We’re defining a new category: Agentic Marketing—where autonomous AI agents execute meaningful marketing work under human direction and governance. We’re backed by leading investors, deployed at fast-growing B2B companies, and moving quickly.

The Role

We’re hiring a Content Marketer to own long-form content end-to-end: ideation, research, writing, editing, and distribution. You’ll translate complex positioning (agentic marketing, AI agents, revenue orchestration) into content that ranks, converts, and builds category authority.

This isn’t a content mill role. You’ll write fewer pieces, but each will be strategic, well-researched, and built to compound.

What You’ll Own

  • Blog strategy + execution: Plan, research, write, and publish 6–8 high-quality posts/month aligned to SEO + category narrative
  • SEO-driven content: Identify keyword opportunities, optimize for intent, and structure content for ranking + conversion
  • Thought leadership: Educational, opinionated content that makes Docket the default voice in Agentic Marketing
  • Research + proof: Credible sources + internal proof points (product capabilities, customer stories), with clean citations
  • Repurposing + distribution: Turn posts into LinkedIn, newsletter blurbs, snippets, and sales enablement assets
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to stay anchored to buyer pain

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • 12–15+ published pieces that start ranking for target queries and show early traction
  • A repeatable workflow: angle → outline → research → draft → edit → SEO packaging → distribution
  • Strong grasp of Docket’s narrative + competitive landscape
  • 2–3 category-defining pieces (“What is Agentic Marketing?”, buyer guides, comparisons)
  • Sales uses your content in deals; readers share it organically

Requirements

Must-have

  • 2–4 years in B2B content (SaaS/MarTech preferred)
  • Portfolio of 5+ published long-form pieces
  • SEO fundamentals + ability to write for both humans and search engines
  • Strong research discipline and citation hygiene
  • Self-directed execution and fast iteration
  • Comfort with technical GTM topics (CRM, workflows, integrations)

Nice-to-have

  • Writing about AI/automation/conversational marketing
  • Positioning/category-creation familiarity
  • Repurposing for social/newsletters/sales
  • Early-stage startup ownership
