What we're looking for
- Customer-facing ownership (2–3+ years) - You've owned customer relationships and outcomes directly — not in a support or purely operational capacity, but as someone accountable for the end-to-end experience. You understand what it means to carry ownership of a customer's success.
- AI fluency - You are genuinely fluent across modern AI tools - GPT, Codex, Claude, and others. You've built agents and used them to optimise both your professional workflows and your personal life. AI isn't a buzzword for you; it's how you operate.
- Structured problem-solving at scale -You can take a complex, ambiguous problem and design a scalable solution for it. (Shortlisted candidates will be given a real problem to work through — so come ready to think.)
