About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on development expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
This role will be foundational in enhancing our GTM systems ecosystem, supporting scalable enterprise architecture, delivering automation across Sales, Deal Desk, CS, Marketing, and Operations, and ensuring smooth stakeholder outcomes.
You will contribute as a core technical owner across Salesforce custom development, system integrations, user lifecycle management, and end-to-end delivery of GTM initiatives.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Marketing Ops, CS Operations, Support, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure our Salesforce platform remains highly performant, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Solution Engineering
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, Batch/Queueable jobs, Custom Metadata/Settings, and Flows.
- Build scalable automation and process simplification across Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Territories, Case Management, Forecasting, and Revenue workflows.
- Develop and optimize UI/UX with Lightning Components and reusable component frameworks.
- Author robust, testable, and maintainable code following Salesforce development best practices.
System Integrations
- Work on integrations with external GTM systems (Clari, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Workato, JIRA, and others).
- Build REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, async patterns, and webhook-based data exchanges.
- Ensure integration reliability, monitoring, and error handling.
Platform Optimisation & Operational Support
- Deliver ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements across the Salesforce org.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize queries, govern API usage, and ensure platform scalability.
- Support business-critical GTM operations including onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and license optimization.
- Maintain robust security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles)..
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
- Act as a trusted technical partner for GTM stakeholders, translating requirements into architecture, technical designs, estimates, and sprint deliverables.
- Partner with Product and GTM leadership to align Salesforce roadmap with business priorities.
- Document solutions, build reusable frameworks, and mentor junior developers.
System Strategy & Governance
- Ensure consistent data model integrity across core CRM and GTM objects.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, security reviews, and data governance initiatives.
- Maintain code quality through CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing frameworks.
- Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards and scalable design patterns.
- Document solutions, mentor peers, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Integration).
- 2+ years hands-on Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud implementation experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record of end-to-end Salesforce project delivery (design → development → deployment).
- Ability to design solutions using out-of-box features + custom development.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative automation.
- Experience delivering end-to-end enhancements using both configuration and coding.
- Strong debugging skills across flows, apex, integrations, and permission/security issues.
- Experience with DevOps tooling (Gearset, GitHub).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Salesforce Administrator (Must have)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must have)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Must have)
- Additional Salesforce certifications (JavaScript Developer I, Advanced Admin, Architect) preferred.
